These days when even in northern countries we enjoy sun and good weather, all I want is to take a backpack, the van and go on a trip to lose myself and discover new places and beaches. Spring is the perfect time to wear this vintage suede shirt purchased in Ibiza. The Eastpack backpack,  super useful! I'm also wearing Diesel jeans, Loewe shades, Happy Socks and hand made leather shoes by Neosens.

En estos días en que hasta en los países del norte suele hacer buen tiempo lo único que apetece es coger una mochila, la furgoneta e irte de viaje a perderte y descubrir playas y lugares nuevos. La primavera es el momento perfecto para usar esta camisa de ante que me compré en un mercado en Ibiza hace ya unos años. La mochila de Eastpack súper útil, cabe de todo! En las fotos también llevo pantalones Diesel, gafas Loewe, calcetines Happy Socks y zapatos de piel hechos a mano de Neosens.

Como mucha gente ya sabe mi marca de camisas preferida se llama Batabasta y, aunque las empresa está basada en Shangai, sus dos fundadoras son españolas y de vez en cuando aparecen por aquí con una buena remesa. Siempre que me pongo uno de sus diseños todo el mundo me pregunta por ella y que dónde la pueden comprar. Ayer,  por fin tuvimos la suerte de poder conocer sus nuevos estampados en una venta que hicieron en El Bar La Gloria, C/Valverde 42, que ya es como mi casa. Los domingos Sergio, el cocinero, hace una paella increíble.

Yo elegí Crosses, una de seda que da mucho gusto ponérsela, ¡súper fresca!

Deseando que abran su primera tienda, todavía tendremos que esperar un poco pero puedo adelantar que será en Barcelona.

As many people already know my favorite shirt brand is called Batabasta and although the team is based in Shanghai, its two founders are Spanish and occasionally turn up here with a good batch of them. Whenever I wear one of their designs everyone asks me about it and tell me how cool it is. Yesterday, we finally got lucky enough to see the new prints in a sale they did at Bar La Gloria, C / Valverde 42, almost my home. Sergio, the chef, makes an incredible paella on Sunday. 
I chose the Crosses shirt model, super comfy and fresh!
Wishing that they open their first store,we will still have to wait a bit but I can say that it will be located in Barcelona!

Let's Rock with Converse

Converse es una de las marcas más míticas y seguro que todos  calzamos sus zapatillas alguna vez. Yo recuerdo cuando era pequeño que mi madre todavía me tenía que atar los cordones de mis Converse. 

Muchos años después de aquello, Converse  presenta "Rock Craftsmanship" con una estética que homenajea el espíritu del Rock 'n Roll. Y para celebrar la colección Chuck Taylor All Star Rock Craftmanships, inauguran una "pop up" store en Madrid (C/Barcelo 9) durante 5 semanas. Nos vemos allí el 27 de septiembre! También habrá varios conciertos secretos..
