On the shores of Bosphorus

 

   

Last month I had the chance to attend the Turkish GQ Awards in beautiful Istambul, and for the occasion, I chose a tuxedo by "HE by Mango" without bow tie to add an informal touch. I  wore it with a vintage  herringbone wool coat. There is a very special atmosphere on the shores of the Bosphorus, right between Europe and Asia… and people from Istanbul really know how to party!

El pasado mes tuve la suerte de acudir a los Premios GQ Turquía en la preciosa ciudad de Estambul. Para la ocasión elegí un smoking de HE by Mango sin pajarita ni corbata dándole un toque informal y un abrigo de lana vintage tejido en espiga.. A orillas del Bósforo, entre Europa y Asia, se respira un aire lleno de magia; y en Estambul saben como sacarle partido a la noche..

Merhaba Istanbul

Hace tres años que visité Estambul por primera vez pero en esta ocasión me enamoré de verdad. Una gente impresionante, la ciudad espectacular y encima nevaba lo que le dio un toque más especial a este viaje inolvidable. Conocí a unos cuantos amigos que me sacaron de fiesta y me llevaron a muchos bares, ellos también saben pasarlo bien.. y parece que no se casan nunca, al día siguiente MÁS! Al final tuve que cambiar el billete y alargar un poco porque había que aprovechar.. Gala la mejor compañera de viaje, como siempre. Y desde aquí gracias a nuestros nuevos amigos Kerem y Ediz ¡menudos anfitriones! Pronto más fotos..

Three years a go I visited Istanbul for the first time but this time I really felt in love. Really awesome people, great city and snowing above which gave a special touch to this memorable trip. I Met some friends who took me out to party, they also know how to have fun .. and they never get tired, hte next day, MORE! I finally had to change the ticket and lengthen a bit because I had to take advantage .. Gala the best partner in crime. And I want to thank our new friends Ediz and Kerem for being such a hosts!
