Amsterdam vibes with Esprit

As some of you have seen on my Instagram, last week I was in Amsterdam to celebrate the launch of the campaign that Gala and I did this summer for Esprit (you can follow it on #Imperfect #Us2). It´s been a long time since the last time I traveled to Holland and this time was vey special for me. Walking through the streets and canals of this amazing city it´s a full experience, I didn´t remember how beautiful it was!. It looks like a movie with all the old houses so well preserved. It is quite unique that you can not find new constructions in the city center. That makes it even more cinematographic (even though must be really hard to find an apartment to rent or buy!).

The day of the event I arrived early in the morning where the launch took place. It was a big loft where they put all our photos around the room, and they where many tables with a delicious breakfast. I loved it!. We spent the whole morning chatting and meeting other influencers and the Esprit team. The result was spectacular and the photos are so beautiful and inspiring. When you look at them it seems that you travel somewhere, they tell you a story. The tones of the clothes perfectly match with the landscape! My favourite piece its a suede brown jacket that I wore in the road trip, really cool!.
Gala and I were playing with the big portraits, you don't see yourself every day in that size!. We also had the chance to see our dear Tiani Kiriloff who came from Belgium to attend the event.

After a few hours chatting and eating a terrific catering (especially the mini burgers with the seal of the brand), we went for a boat ride through the canals, which at this time of year are particularly impressive because all the trees are red and yellow. Quite a spectacular.

Thanks to the entire team of Amsterdam and Esprit for treating us so well. Thanks to Dennis Swiatkowski, the photographer, for the good work and joy, and to everyone in general for being so friendly and open!.

Como algunos habréis visto en mi Instagram, la semana pasada estuve en Amsterdam para celebrar el lanzamiento de la campaña que Gala y yo hicimos este verano para Esprit (puedes seguirlo en #Imperfect #Us2). Hacía mucho tiempo que no viajaba a Holanda y me hizo especial ilusón caminar por sus calles y canales. No recordaba que fuera una ciudad TAN bonita, ¡parece una película!. Todas las casas son de cuento y lo que más me sorprende es que en el centro prácticamente no hay construcción moderna.

El día del evento llegué muy pronto por la mañana a un loft donde habían puesto todas nuestras fotos por toda la sala. ¡Me encantó!. Estuvimos toda la mañana charlando y conociendo a otros influencers y al equipo de Esprit. El resultado quedó espectacular y las fotos da muchísimo gusto verlas. Cuando las miras te transportas a otro lugar, es todo un viaje, los tonos de la ropa se empastan perfectamente con los del paisaje. Mi pieza preferida es una chaqueta de piel que llevé durante el roadtrip.
Gala y yo estuvimos jugando con los carteles, ¡no todo los días te ves en tamaño natural!. Allí nos encontramos con nuestra querida Tiani Kiriloff que vino desde Bélgica para asistir al evento. 

Después de unas horas charlando y comiendo un catering buenísimo (sobretodo las mini hamburguesas con el sello de la marca), salimos a dar un paseo en barco por los canales, que en esta época del año son especialmente impresionantes porque todos los árboles están rojos y amarillos. Todo un espectáculo.

Gracias a todo el equipo de Amsterdam y de Esprit por tratarnos tan bien. A Dennis Swiatkowski, el fotógrafo, por el buen trabajo y su alegría, y a todo el mundo que en general conocimos por ser gente tan simpática y abierta.

A Free Ride with ESPRIT

Un coche increible, una amiga con la que recorrer el mundo y un paisaje de película. Así fue nuestro road trip con Esprit por los viñedos de Francia.
Lo que más me gusta en el mundo es viajar y una buena forma de hacerlo es en coche descubirendo lugares diferentes y dejando que el día a día te sorprenda. La compañía también es muy importante y puedo decir que Gala es la perfecta compañera de viaje.  Podríamos escribir muchos libros contando las miles de aventuras que vivimos todos estos años, hablando de la gente a la que conocimos en los diferentes paises que fuimos visitando y sobretodo la de ataques de risa que nos entraron en muchos momentos. Ya tenemos uno más que añadir a la ista, los días en Francia con Esprit.

La zona de Borgoña no la conocía y me pareció preciosa, los pueblos medievales rodeados de viñedos, los chateaus cubiertos por enredaderas, los atardeceres con una copa de vino del mismo viñedo... y sobretodo conducir el "tiburón", un coche tan mítico con el que siempre había soñado. Tuvimos tiempo de visitar diferentes pueblos, hacer un picninc, charlar y disfrutar de los atardeceres y el ambiente tranquilo de esa zona. Unos días perfectos para recargar energía y volver a la ciudad con mucha fuerza.

An incredible car, a friend who I travelled the world with, and a mindblowing landscape. This was our road trip with Esprit through the vineyards of France.

My favourite thing  in the world is to travel, and a great way to do so is by car, discovering different places and letting the day surprise you. The company is also very important, and Gala is what we can call a perfect travel partner. We could write many books about the thousand adventures we shared while travelling together all these years, describing the amazing people we met in every country we visited, and especially accounting unavoidable laughing fits we had. Now we have one more adventure to add to the list, the days in France with Esprit.

I had never been in the area of ​​Burgundy before and I did not know how beautiful it was. The medieval villages surrounded by vineyards, chateaux covered by climbing plants, the coloured sunsets accompanied by a glass of wine from the same vineyard ... and especially driving the "Shark", such a legendary car I have always dreamed of driving. 

We had time to visit different villages, have a picnic, chat and enjoy the sunsets and the peaceful atmosphere of the area. They were perfect days to recharge the energy and return to the city with plenty of strength.
