Hace cuatro años fui al cine con Margo Stilly, una amiga americana que estaba rodando una peli en Barcelona (14 días con Víctor).

Elegimos Antichrist de Lars Von Trier porque nos gustaba el director y sus anteriores trabajos. Durante la proyección hubo gente que se levantó y se fue, la verdad es que era muy impactante. 

Cuando salí del cine me preguntaron, ¿qué te pareció? No sabía que responder. Tenía una angustia dentro y un vacío enorme pero no sabía si me había gustado o no. A la semana siguiente estuve obsesionado con ella, me di cuenta que me había encantado y no podía parar de buscar cosas en internet, entrevistas... buenísima!

Muchas veces me pasa, que tardo unas horas o unos días en saber si una película me gusta o no. Pero desde luego si me quedo pensando en ella es buena señal.

Charlotte Gainsbourg ganó la Palma de Oro en Cannes y Willem Dafoe trabaja genial. 

Lars Von Trier crea un ambiente insólito, sobretodo cuando los protagonistas llegan al bosque, el sonido, la luz... una de las pelis más inquietantes e impactantes que vi en mi vida.

Four years ago I went to the movies with Margo Stilly, an American friend who was filming a movie in Barcelona, and other friends. 
We chose Antichrist by Lars Von Trier because we liked the director. During the screening there were people who got up and left. The truth is that it was very shocking.
When I left the theater they asked me if I liked it, but I didn't know what to answer. I was anxious inside and had an empty feeling but I did not know if I liked it or not. The next week I was obsessed with it, I realised that I had loved it and could not stop searching for things on the internet, interviews ... It's great! 
It often happens to me, it takes me a few hours or a few days to know if I like a movie or not. But if think about it, it is a good sign. Charlotte Gainsbourg won the Palme d'Or at Cannes Film Festival and Willem Dafoe does a wonderful job. 
Lars Von Trier creates an unusual mood, especially when they go to the forest, the sound, the light ... one of the most disturbing and shocking movies I have ever seen.

 

Dos años más tarde, a través de una amiga que trabajaba en Zentropa (la productora de Lars V T) pude participar en un corto producido por ellos. El director me envío esta foto firmada de regalo. El corto resultó ser un poco cuadru... pero lo que me reí haciéndolo...

Two years later, through a friend who worked in Zentropa (Lars V T's company) I had the oportunity to work in a short film produced by them. The director sent me this signed photo of Lars as a present.
I had lots of fun doing it.
